  • The Cathedral of Seville is a religious site, so please dress decently. It is recommended that visitors cover their shoulders and knees and refrain from wearing see-through clothing or plunging necklines. They must also wear their heads uncovered.

  • The time of ticket issuance may vary up to 30 minutes from the time selected during the purchase process.

  • It is essential to carry a valid passport or ID card as it may be required at one of the entrances to the monument.

  • The ascent to the Giralda is not accessible.

  • You must be at the meeting point 15 minutes earlier.

  • Children must carry a ticket to access the monument, so it is necessary to include them in the reservation.

  • In periods of high demand, the reservation is subject to availability. The amount will be temporarily withheld until confirmation. We will contact you within 72 hours (earlier if the date is close).

  • Don’t forget to bring headphones and your cell phone with battery. Follow the instructions on your voucher to download and use the audioguide in the downloadable application.
