General information

  • The Cathedral of Seville is a religious site, so please dress decently. It is recommended that visitors cover their shoulders and knees and refrain from wearing see-through clothing or plunging necklines. They should also keep their heads uncovered.

  • Children must be included in the reservation as a ticket will be required when entering the monument. Sometimes the child ticket type is not available.

  • It is essential to carry a valid passport or ID card as it may be required at one of the entrances to the monument.

  • Be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the tour begins.

  • Occasionally, for organizational reasons, the Cathedral of Seville closes some areas of its grounds to the public without prior notice. This will modify the itinerary of the visit.

  • The tour requires a minimum group size of 6 participants. If the minimum number is not reached, they will be given access to a downloadable audioguide and will be reimbursed the difference.

  • In periods of high demand, the reservation is subject to availability. The amount will be temporarily withheld until confirmation. We will contact you within 72 hours (earlier if the date is close).

  • Please check your spam or promotions folder, especially if you use hotmail, outlook or yahoo.

  • Before 24 hours of the visit: 14 euros per person cancellation or change fee.

  • No cancellations or modifications are allowed after 24 hours prior to the visit.

  • Cancellation charges are effective from the time the reservation request is made.
